Citizens' Charter

The Citizen’s Charter is the official document of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Alcantara, Romblon, that commits to transparency and efficiency in all frontline services. Mandated by Republic Act 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018), the Charter outlines all services, requirements, fees, and processing times for the benefit of every citizen and client.

Feedback/Suggestion
Fill out a Client Feedback Form (CFF), available at the entrance of the Municipal Hall.
CFFs are evaluated by the management based on the clients' assessment.
Complaint
Submit a formal letter addressed to the concerned individual or department head.
All complaints shall be forwarded to the Human Resources Office (HR) for further investigation and action.

Important Note: No complaint shall be entertained through social media. Please follow the formal process for official record and appropriate action.
